US 19 Corridor Plan

The city of Clearwater has developed zoning standards to create a thriving and prosperous corridor along the city’s seven-mile stretch of US 19 and its major cross streets.

Utility Customer Service is responsible for meter reading, billing, payment processing, collections and contact activities for customers of the city of Clearwater’s eight utilities: water, lawn meters, reclaimed water, wastewater (sewer), stormwater, solid waste, recycling, and gas. Account turn-ons / turn-offs.
