Downtown Clearwater is about to get a fresh new flavor. The Downtown Development Board (DDB) is proud to present the 1st Friday Lunchtime Market, a monthly gathering designed to bring the community together with local eats, makers, and music—all during the lunch hour.

The market launches Friday, October 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on 400 Cleveland Street, right in the heart of downtown. It will continue on the first Friday of each month through February 2026, offering a lively midday break for residents, office workers, and visitors.

What to Expect:

  • Fresh grab-and-go lunch options to enjoy on the street or back at the office
