Residents and business owners within the North Greenwood Community Redevelopment Area (NGCRA) are encouraged to attend to learn how these grants can benefit them and their community.

Residential Exterior Improvement Grant Program
The Residential Exterior Improvement Grant Program offers a matching grant of up to $20,000 for exterior improvements to homesteaded single-family homes within the NGCRA. Grants are awarded on a sliding scale, based on family size and income, with households earning more than 120 percent of the Area Median Income not qualifying for assistance.
Commercial Grant Program
The Commercial Grant Program provides up to $75,000 to business and commercial property owners to enhance their buildings, stimulate business development, and improve the overall aesthetic appeal of the North Greenwood area.
"We are excited to introduce these grant programs, which will play a significant role in revitalizing the North Greenwood community," said Jesus Nio, CRA Executive Director. "By supporting both residential and commercial property improvements, we aim to create a more vibrant, attractive, and economically thriving neighborhood."
