The Clearwater Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is proud to recognize New Vision Behavioral Health as the April 2026 Business Spotlight. Located within the Willa Carson Health & Wellness Center, the practice provides counseling services that support mental and emotional well-being in the North Greenwood community.

Founded by Zaneta Ellison McGraw, LMHC, New Vision Behavioral Health was established with a focus on serving individuals in communities where access to behavioral health services is essential.

Through a combination of counseling and life coaching, she works with clients to navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and develop tools that support long-term emotional wellness.

What sets New Vision Behavioral Health apart is its presence within a trusted community space. By operating inside the Willa Carson Health & Wellness Center, the practice helps reduce barriers to care by offering services in a familiar and accessible location where residents already gather for support and resources.
