The North Greenwood Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) will hold its next public meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 3 at 5:30 p.m. at the North Greenwood Recreation Center – Room 1 (900 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, Clearwater).

This meeting is open to all North Greenwood residents, business owners, and stakeholders who want to stay engaged in community redevelopment efforts and learn about upcoming initiatives in the CRA district.

Meeting Agenda Highlights:

  • A proposal to bring the Art Oasis Mural Festival to North Greenwood, installing murals on high-visibility buildings through local partnerships

  • Review of third-quarter budget amendments for Fiscal Year 2024–25

  • A recommendation to approve the proposed 2025–26 North Greenwood CRA budget

  • CRA staff updates and open discussion

Open Seat Available: Apply to Join the North Greenwood Citizen Advisory Committee

The City of Clearwater is currently accepting applications for one open seat on the North Greenwood Citizens Advisory Committee. If you’re a resident or business owner in the CRA district and want to play a more active role in your neighborhood’s development, this is a great opportunity to get involved.

  • Must live in or own a business or nonprofit in the North Greenwood CRA

  • Term begins October 1, 2025
