Business Spotlight Program

Discover Downtown Clearwater’s Local Gems!

The Clearwater Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) proudly presents the Business Spotlight Program — a continued effort to highlight the businesses that shape and strengthen our CRA districts.

This year’s expanded program will feature 9 businesses across three tiers:

	Downtown Clearwater Spotlight Businesses located within the Downtown CRA district
	North Greenwood Spotlight– Businesses located within the North Greenwood CRA district
	Legacy Spotlight – Businesses with 10 or more years of service in either CRA district

Beginning in January 2026, selected businesses will be spotlighted each month through a professionally produced video, custom promotional flyer, and recognition across CRA social media, website, and newsletters.

From local services to vibrant retail and dining experiences, this program highlights the character and contributions of businesses dedicated to making an impact in Clearwater’s redevelopment areas.

To apply for the Business Spotlight 2025–26 program, your business must be located within either the Downtown Clearwater or North Greenwood Community Redevelopment Areas

About the Business Spotlight Program

The CRA’s Business Spotlight program is dedicated to supporting and uplifting local businesses within the Clearwater Community Redevelopment areas. Through focused marketing efforts and community initiatives, this program brings attention to these unique establishments, helping them thrive while contributing to the area’s economic vitality and growth.
